Total Voting Rights
21 December 2006In conformity with the Transparency Directive’s transitional provision 6, Electra would like to notify the market of the following:
Electra’s capital consists of 37,602,687 ordinary shares of 25 pence each. Electra does not hold any shares in treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in Electra is 37,602,687.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Electra under the FSA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
